The Survey agent reads the scanned buildings, streets and existing plant inside the area and groups the stops into walkable work orders, about a dozen stops each. The preview writes nothing. A supervisor generates the orders, and the same area always gives the same ones.

Crews walk it with the field apps.
Each survey order reaches the crew’s phone with its steps. Photos and readings are taken where the step marks them, and Done names anything still missing. Taps made without signal wait in a queue and send when the phone is back online.

Match
Photos matched to poles. People confirm.
Drop a folder of camera files. Lux reads each photo’s GPS and time, reads the tag in the picture, and proposes a pole by tag, GPS and sequence. When the tag and the GPS disagree, the photo goes to a person. Nothing feeds a verdict until someone confirms it.

Into the design
What the survey finds flows into the design.
Paste the address list you already have, and floors and units are stamped on the matching buildings before the build plan recompiles. Confirmed pole heights go to the loading check. When a building’s survey data changes, its riser board is drawn again.

Your team decides what counts.
The Survey agent plans and matches. People generate the orders, assign the crews and confirm every photo. A supervisor can override a photo’s grade, and the model’s grade stays on the record beside it.
